I Want To Study Auditing, Company Law And Commercial Law?
I am graduated with Accounting and Finance degree but to be CPA or qualified accountant i need to study Auditing, Company Law and Commercial Law to be qualified Accountant but they all are degree subjects and i already have degree so can i just study these 3 subjects from any university or college .is there any college or uni allow me to study these subjects in INDIA? or also i can do online education from any university
I don’t know of any place where you can study those subjects alone. But perhaps you can go for a post graduate diploma from the university of London external system…they are somewhat flexible in what subjects you get to study.
Company law and Auditing are also subjects which you do in professional accounting courses like CIMA and ACCA. You could do one of those-you will get exemptions for the subjects you did at your degree and you will therefore only have the finals and a few papers to complete to get the qualification and you will then be a internationally qualified accountant, though not a CPA.
